Accessories : Sample Securing Devices – Hardness Specimens Under Control
|
Features
The support devices are designed to place different samples into the desired position.
The sample is in a fixed position during continuous operation. Even very thin foils of plastic,
paint or metal as well as crossground samples can be secured safely and reliably using
the cross-sectioned HM sample supports.
If the specimens to be measured are
of different heights, the universal HM sample support offers the option of a simple height
adjustment to place the four specimens at the same level, for example.
The simple sample handling of all three clamping devices will save you valuable time during sample preparation.
For example, it is possible to prepare the samples outside the HM hardness measuring instrument.
If the ground samples change in diameter, you can change the cross sectioned insets, prepared in standard sizes.
In addition, well cross sectioned markers aid in the convenient easily visible positioning of the supports
in the hardness measuring instrument. The required accessories are included in the shipment.

Proper positioning of specimens is a daily challenge inlab operations.
The new securing devices for the hardnessmeasurement systems PICODENTOR® HM 500
and FISCHERSCOPE® HM 2000 are important tools forsuch tasks.
